ABOUT ME

Patent Attorney of Ukraine (reg. No. 419): Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Utility Models, Inventions, Geographical Indications, Copyright, Patent Searches, Litigation Ph.D. Mr. Prokhorov-Lukin, began his career in 1981 in the Kiev Research Institute of Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. During 1993-2011 Mr. Prokhorov-Lukin worked as the head of laboratories and departments of the institute. In 1998, Mr. Prokhorov-Lukin organized an examinations of intellectual property objects and in 2004 he founded and headed the first laboratory of the intellectual property objects examinations. Since November 2011 Mr. Prokhorov-Lukin is a head of department of generalization of expertise and court practice of the of Intellectual Property Research Institute of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine.
