ABOUT ME

Mr. Manan Shroff is currently Manager at Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Accord Healthcare). He works on a variety of intellectual property matters at Intas, including New Product Selection, FTF Para IV filing for ANDA, IP-strategy development, Handling patent litigation across the globe and related activities, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, review of intellectual property agreements with third parties, and due diligence analysis in supporting in-licensing and out-licensing activities. Prior to joining Intas, Mr. Manan has worked with Torrent Pharmaceuticals. He holds M.Pharm degree as well as B.Pharm degree from L. M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad. Moreover, he has completed with LLB Degree from I. M. Nanavati College, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, and he has undergone specialized patent course from WIPO, Geneva. Mr. Manan holds good oratory skills and supports knowledge improvising programs for creating IP awareness by conducting lectures at Academia and Industry forums.
