He caters to international and domestic clients on a wide range of issues in the field of Intellectual Property and Information law involving brand adoption/selection and management strategies, trade marks, copyright, counterfeiting, unfair competition, advertising, publicity rights, domain names, Internet and technology, intermediary liability, online infringement, and so on. He represents clients in adversarial proceedings including opposition and cancellation actions and litigation before a variety of fora including Courts, Trade Marks Registry and other IP offices, and Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
