Manik is working as a patents specialist with an experience of more than seven years in the Intellectual Property (IP) industry. He is a Registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/PA/2481). He is actively engaged with clients for providing his services on complex and competitive patents related projects across gamut of technological areas. In addition to this, his role also includes some work thrown in related to Design Registrations, Trademarks and Copyrights. His expertise lies in patent application drafting, patent prosecution, patent landscapes, infringement and licensing analysis, white-spaces and black-holes analysis. Further, his portfolio entails services like patentability searches, patent validity/invalidity searches, freedom-to-operate searches, etc. for various engineering domains and technologies. He also caters to complex assignments like drafting revocation petitions, case law research, and pre and post grant opposition proceedings.
