ABOUT ME

Dr. Thao is a registered patent attorney and lawyer, has substantial experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer. He started his career as legal officer from 1987 in the National Office of Industrial Property and from 1991 to 2015 was President of INVENCO VIETNAM INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM (INVENCO). Since 10/2015, Dr. Thao became General Director of T&T Invenmark Co.,Ltd. Dr. Thao is the member of INTA / APAA / AIPPI / FICPI / ASEAN IPA / VLA / VIPA. Dr. Thao graduated from Polytechnic University of Kharkov, Ukraine in 1975, obtained Patent Training at Moscow Patent Law Institute, in 1990, Intellectual Property Training Course in Japan, in 1995 and Defended PhD Thesis at Ho Chi Minh Politics Academy, in 1997.
