ABOUT ME

Mr. Enrique Enríquez-Aranda is an attorney in the Firm that obtained his Law degree from University of Málaga School of Law in Spain. He was member of the Málaga Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the European Union. Mr. Enríquez-Aranda also obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, Magna Cum Laude, from University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Mr. Enríquez-Aranda is a Mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and renders his services in arbitration and mediation procedures (ADR) for the Firm. Mr. Enríquez-Aranda concentrates his practice in matters related to civil and corporative contracts, real estate and planning law, as well as corporate, bankruptcy, fiscal and administrative matters. He manages the intellectual property practice group for R&E, and offers support in the administrative and corporate areas, as well as general civil, commercial, and constitutional law related litigation. As part of his duties, he advises the Firm’s attorneys that participate in rendering professional services to clients with relevant legal issues and businesses in the European Union countries. Mr. Enríquez-Aranda is admitted to practice in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
