Ramya handles patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of computer science, computer networks, IoT, embedded systems, computer applications and software, information management, AI, electronics and telecommunications. She also handles filing and prosecution of designs. She assists clients with opinions on patentability, technology landscaping, freedom to operate and invalidation search besides managing patent portfolios. Ramya regularly appears before the Indian Patent Office and the Intellectual Property Appellate Tribunal in connection with patent prosecution.
