Dr. Vinarov has a broad range of experience in intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, unfair competition, copyrights, and trade secrets. Dr. Vinarov’s practice at MBHB encompasses primarily all phases of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals, biologicals, diagnostics, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, medical devices, and diagnostics.
