• A stalwart of the Indian IP arena with over 40 years of experience in intellectual property practice, both prosecution and litigation; Doctorate in Law • 5000+ clients in India & internationally • Acknowledged expert in patent practice, having drafted over 5000 patent specifications in all technology areas, a majority of which have been granted. • Trademark & patent litigation practice in all levels of courts in India, both civil and criminal – he is essentially a trial lawyer. • Formulates IP strategies at the firm and executes multiple anti-counterfeiting actions annually for major multinational brands • Conducts brand valuations, particularly for M&A and securitization transactions • Conducts seminars, workshops and training programmes for India IP examiners, corporate executives etc. • Served on INTA's Emerging Issues Committee (2012-2013) & Academic Committee (2014-2015), presently serves on INTA’s Unreal Campaign Committee (2016-2017).
