ABOUT ME

I am an IP attorney having an experience of close to 10 years. I have worked with India's leading IP firms including K&S Partners and Saikrishna & Associates. My expertise lies in advising Clients on all aspects of trade marks, copyrights, designs and geographical indications- from IP creation to IP protection to IP commercialization to IP enforcement. I am also an active member of INTA and, currently, a member of the Emerging Issues Committee. I also regularly conduct IP training programs for police and customs officials.
