ABOUT ME

Ankush is a Registered Indian Patent, Design and Trademark Attorney working with Mehta & Mehta Associates (MehtaIP), Gurgaon, India. He has advised and developed intellectual property consultancy projects in national companies and organizations; and has been handling and supervising their IPR’s in 75 plus countries across globe. Ankush has been handling and supervising both contentious and non-contentious Patents (in various fields of science and engineering), Trademarks and Design matters. He did his Law from India's premium Law school - Faculty of Law, Delhi University specializing in IPR and his area of specialization in engineering was Electronics & Communication. He has previously also worked with Nokia Siemens Network. He is an active member of: - All India Bar Association [AIBA], - Delhi Bar Association [DBA], - Asian Patent Attorneys Association [APAA], - International Trademark Association [INTA], & - Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle [AIPPI].
