ABOUT ME

Vijay Pal Dalmia, is a lawyer with the standing of 32 years at Bar, practicing Intellectual Property Laws before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and other legal forums all over India. He is one of the partners of the firm Vaish Associates Advocates. He acquired his Law Degree from the University of Delhi in the year 1986. He is also a Registered Patent Agent with the Controller of Patents, Government of India. He has been advising and doing litigation for national as well as international clients, in the field of laws related to Intellectual Property Rights.
