I have done Masters in Law(LLM) in Intellectual Property from George Washington University USA and now I, practice Intellectual Property Law in India. Key areas of practice are Trade Mark, Patent, Design & Copyright Litigation along with Trade Mark, Design and Copyright prosecution and fillings. I have dealt with lot of Trade Mark cases and Patent Litigation in enforcing SEP's in India.
