ABOUT ME

Pallavi is founder consultant at IPRAM. She has over 19 years’ experience in Pharma and Global IPR. She started her career as R & D scientist in a multinational company where she worked for 7 years. Thereafter she moved to an IP cell. She worked with clients in a range of industries on their intellectual property strategies. At Ipram, her key role is in development of comprehensive protection strategies, patent prosecution, patent challenges, providing validity opinions and clearances on various strategies. She has assisted clients and provided support in Litigations, Hatch-Waxman Proceedings, Inter Parte Review Proceedings and Opposition proceeding. Pallavi is Masters in both – Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Law (IP and International Business). She is a registered patent agent in India. She has enabled individual inventors to file patents at affordable cost. She has assisted several institutes in initiating their first patent filings. She has taught and offered internship to students from IIT Kharagpur, GIIP, NMIMS’s IIPS, ILS and Government Law College, Mumbai. Pallavi is an acknowledged expert in IP strategy – elected as world’s leading IP strategist into the prestigious IAM – 300 in 2013 and 2014. She is chosen as 30 Influential Business Leaders 2017 by Insights Success magazine.
