ABOUT ME

Sujoy Mukherji, is an Attorney at law specializing in Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, contractual disputes and Intellectual Property Law prosecution and litigation. Admitted to the bar in 2016, Sujoy is an Associate at R.K. Dewan & Co, a premier IP law firm India. In his nascent career he has handled over 100+ clients in respect of trademark prosecution, copyright registration, Industrial Design disputes and contracts and has extensive litigation experience across India in various Courts in both Civil and Criminal matters. Sujoy holds a degree in Bachelors of Commerce with specialization in Accounts and Taxation Law in addition to his LL.B from ILS (Indian Law Society) Law School, one of the finest legal institutions in the Country. In addition to his expanding legal career, Sujoy is also a passionate animal lover and a strong advocate for animal rights having been associated with organizations such as PETA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals), India and W.S.D. (Welfare for Stray Dogs), Mumbai for quite a number of years. Frequently writes articles and newsletters for RKD on latest IP developments in India.
