ABOUT ME

I am a registered Patent Agent since 2011 and a Law graduate. Having Masters in Biotechnology (University Topper and Gold Medallist in 2005), Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights laws (in 2008) and a course in Biotechnology and Intellectual Property Rights from WIPO (in 2009). I have extensive experience of working on a range of patent areas including drafting of patent specification, filing Indian patent applications, conventions applications and PCT International applications, handling prosecution of Indian as well foreign application and patent search. Working on patents in the fields of biotechnology, microbiology, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, electronics and engineering. Worked as researcher in area of biotechnology and patents with very reputed organization including Council for Scientificand Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India, New Delhi, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi and Rajendra Memorial Research Institute (RMRI), Patna. I was closely involved in several scientific research and has published research papers in leading journals on topics such as, ‘Crowd Sourcing a New Paradigm for Interactome Driven Drug Target Identification in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
