ABOUT ME

A Patent Attorney, Rakhee’s main areas of practice are legal research, opinions on issues related to patents, compulsory licensing and commercial working of patents. She has vast research experience and has worked on WHO-Ministry of Health & Family Welfare projects. She has been involved in all phases of Indian and international patent prosecution including searches, drafting, analysis for validity and patentability and been involved in resolving post-grant issues. She has also experience in Design prosecution and Cancellation proceedings. She has also worked in Civil Litigation in the past.
