ABOUT ME

I have a broad legal background in corporate law. I practiced 9 years as an IP litigator in a large Chicago firm until I switched into the management of law firms when I moved to Kenya in 2010. In Kenya, I was pivotal in establishing new training and business development programs in line with the needs of a top firm. I developed industry-wide sector groups and established the African strategy for ALN and its member firms. Currently, I am the Global Head of Business Development at Bowmans leading the BD programmes for the pan-African firm. Given my track record, I know the inner workings of law firms, both internationally and locally, and can analyze them from both a lawyer and management perspective putting in place appropriate tools to propel and position the law firm within the environment in which it operates.
