Rajesh heads Fox Mandal & Associates Technology Law practice team. His core areas of practice are IP and Technology Laws (including Data privacy and E-Commerce). Over two decades of professional practice, Rajesh has advised clients on Intellectual Property law, Franchising, Trademark Portfolio Management, IP infringement actions, Outsourcing, Data Privacy Laws, Technology contracts, Technology and IP transaction advisory, PE and M&A transactions related to technology companies and litigation. He previously founded and managed White Forest Law Offices (which was absorbed by Fox Mandal & Associates in 2014). Prior to that, Rajesh was one of the Founding Partners of Lex Orbis a boutique intellectual property practice firm based out of New Delhi. He is interested in how Social Media, Mobility and the Internet are impacting business and society and writes extensively on the need for laws to ensure governance in an increasing digital world. He writes regularly on the intersection of law and technology
