ABOUT ME

Bandita is a registered Indian Patent Agent with more than 7 years of experience in all areas of patent filing and prosecution in Life Sciences and Chemistry domain. She have received her training in Intellectual Property Rights matters under the Aegis of TIFAC, Delhi and Dept of Science and Technology as a Women Scientist and have been trained in leading Law firm DePenning & DePenning, Chennai. She has also undergone an advanced training course in patent matters under the aegis of Japan Patent Office in 2014. She has worked as Patent Associates in Rajasekaran Associates, Chennai for 2 years, handling filing and prosecution of patent applications in chemical technology for their Japanese clients. She is currently a partner in an IPR boutique firm, VIDARZANA in Chennai, doing filing and prosecution of patent applications in India.
