ABOUT ME

I am an Intellectual Property Rights Attorney with more than seven years of experience in Trade Marks and Copy Rights laws in India. I hold a Masters degree in Intellectual Property & Technology Law from National University of Singapore and completed the course of B.A.LLB from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Currently, I work as a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Rights Department of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New-Delhi (one of the top tier law firms in India). I lead the non-contentious side of the Trade Marks Practice. I manage Trade Marks portfolios of clients from diverse sectors ranging from healthcare, electronics, e-commerce, telecommunications, finance, fashion, alcoholic beverage, consumer goods, restaurant, hospitality to entertainment. I have a comprehensive understanding of the business realities of my clients and craft strategies designed to achieve the clients’ goals. My leaderships and interpersonal skills, ability to take swift decisions and work in fast paced environments have helped earn clients’ trust.
