ABOUT ME

PVS Giridhar, Senior Partner of M/s.Giridhar & Sai. After BA in Political Science and MA in Public Administration, Giridhar received his degree in law from the University of Madras and enrolled in the Bar in 1987. He worked in the Chambers of Mr.P.Jayaraman, Senior Advocate and later Mr.P.Chidambaram, Senior Advocate. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR Law University. Mr.Giridhar’s areas of expertise include Intellectual Property Law, Information Technology Law, Cross-border Contracts, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Private International Law Strategies. He has handled briefs in U.S., Europe, Malaysia, and Singapore partnering with lawyers in these countries, and has been involved in International Arbitration. He advises various SMEs in IP strategy and alignment to business goals. . He was recently awarded Accredited Mediator’s Certificate by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India. He is also a legal consultant to several UN affiliated organisations. He has travelled widely and has lectured in various Universities in U.S.A., U.K. and Europe, including Oxford University, Birkbeck College, London, and the University of Michigan, Brussels School of International Studies.
