Attorney. Ms. Vasundhra Prasad is a Practising Attorney and has previously worked with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), United Nations (UN) Headquarters in New York, USA. She has worked as a Legal Counsel with Cisco Systems, Goldman Sachs, Amarchand Mangaldas Law Firm. Attorney. Ms. Vasundhra Prasad has more than 17 years of excellent experience in Leading, Building, Mentoring as well as Managing Legal Departments and becoming a Member of the Global Leadership Team as the Head of Legal. She was awarded the "Dean's Distinguished Scholarship" to complete her Master of Law's (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from New York's prestigious Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, New York, USA. Her definition on Leadership was published by the “Yale School of Management” (Yale SOM). She was recently nominated as the "Alumni of the Year" and her interview was published in the esteemed, "Cardozo Life" International Law Publication, New York (USA). She has extensive legal experience in Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law, Licensing and Technology, E-Commerce and Technology, Intellectual Property Litigation and Prosecution. She also has excellent experience in both Litigation and Mega Deal transactional negotiations and as she has been the Lead Negotiator in many successfully billion dollar negotiations. Attorney.
