ABOUT ME

Lipika Pain, is a registered patent attorney of the Govt. of India since 2004. During her almost “one and a half decade” of professional career in IPR she had been associated with renowned Indian IPR firms as Daswani & Daswani, ITAG Business Solution Solutions Ltd. as their HEAD of Patent division for almost a decade. During the tenure she served both Indian and international clients e.g. Avontech GmbH, Germany; Daewoo Electronics Corporation, South Korea; Ethypharm, Roquette Freres, Flamel Technologies, France Mikuni Corporation, Japan and Indian clients e.g. Emami, Bengal Waterproof Limited, IFB Industries Ltd., etc. in drafting both provisional and complete specifications besides undertaking various custom –made analyses. Thereupon in 2015, she started her own firm (IP-SEACS) and independently started serving her clients from USA, Canada, UK, Israel, Greece, Denmark, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, New Zealand etc. Till date, she was instrumental in drafting both provisional and complete specifications, developing search reports, infringement reports, Response to FERs. Preparing various search reports, Evidence of use reports, Validity reports, claim charts for clients in India, USA, Canada, UK, Israel, Greece, Denmark, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, New Zealand etc.
