ABOUT ME

Dikshat has been with Rajani Associates since 2012. He is currently a part of the Corporate Litigation & Arbitration Team. Dikshat carries with him an experience of five years. He has handled a wide variety of civil disputes and proceedings, arbitration and commercial litigation at the domestic as well as the international front, helping in formulating strategies from the litigation perspective in relation to corporate transactions and foreign investments. Dikshat has appeared before the Hon’ble the Supreme Court of India, High Courts of various states, trial courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Telecom Dispute Settlement & Appellate Tribunal, and such other courts, quasi judiciary authorities, tribunals and dispute resolution forums.
