ABOUT ME

Daniel Bustanai, The Firm's founder, has been practicing law since 1995 in the field of commercial law, intellectual property, computer law and internet law and was head of the litigation team in one of the field's leading firms. Additionally, Adv. Bustanai is a trained and experienced electronics engineer in the fields of computers, electro-optics and communication (B.Sc. Degree 1989). Also, he is a qualified mediator (since 2000). In 2008, Adv. Bustanai was chosen by the prestigious international guide "Chambers and Partners" as one of the 13 promising lawyers in the fields of commercial law (being the only lawyer in the field of intellectual property). Diplomas and Qualifications 1998 – Engineer (B. Sc.) graduate of the Electricity and Electronics Faculty at the Tel Aviv University majoring in the fields of Computers, Communication and Electro-optics. 1993- Jurist (LL.B) graduate of the Law Faculty at Tel Aviv University. 2000 – Mediator. Memberships - Israel Bar Association (1995) - INTA – International Trademark Association - AIPPI – The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property
