ABOUT ME

Shuchi is the Founder and Managing Partner of IPNeeti. Having an exposure to the evolution of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in India and working in the domain since the year 2003, she provides holistic IPR solutions to her clients and manages project-delivery as well as operations of the Firm. Shuchi is responsible for projects relating to Indian patent prosecution, strategy planning, asset management, litigation support, and patent commercialization. Shuchi strategizes various IP paths that an organization should follow depending upon their current IP profile and future goals of the organization. Having interest in harmonious growth and promotion of IPR, she is a visiting IP faculty at a few Technical Universities/Law Colleges and a regular speaker at various IPR workshops. Shuchi holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (India), an advanced degree in VLSI (India) and LLM in Intellectual Property and Competition Laws (Germany) and is a registered Indian Patent Agent. She started her career with the IPR firm, Anand and Anand, post which she worked with Pangea3 and finally AZB & Partners.
