Komal Solomon is a partner at Solomon & Co. and has been in legal practice for over 20 years. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and specializes in matters relating to intellectual property law, corporate and regulatory compliance, immigration laws and entertainment and media law. She has assisted several multinationals in establishing their subsidiaries, branch offices and liaison offices in India. Her approach and excellence in transactional work has proved to be effective in assisting international clients in their India entry strategies including protection of their Intellectual Property Rights in India. She has been actively advising renowned film festivals, production houses, entertainment channels, artists, singers, production houses, advertising agencies, writers and others on several media and entertainment law and Intellectual Property assignments including enforcement of their rights across the country.
