Apeksha Parekh is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Rights Team of Solomon & Co. Apeksha holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights. She has considerable expertise in trademark and copyright law and has assisted several clients in copyright and trademark filing, registration and prosecution. She has assisted several entertainment companies and film festivals in the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights. Her substantial experience in corporate and media and entertainment law enables her to assist clients with drafting and vetting several types of contracts and agreements pertaining to intellectual property such as assignment deeds/agreements, licensing of trade marks, franchising contracts, etc.
