ABOUT ME

Viswanath Karthikeyamani is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Rights Team of Solomon & Co. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (with a specialization in Banking and Insurance) and in Law. His practice is focused on intellectual property counselling with respect to trademark and copyright matters. Viswanath has considerable experience in conducting trademark searches, trademark prosecution, licensing, enforcement, portfolio management, strategic due diligence and appearances at tribunals. His expertise with respect to copyrights includes filing, prosecution and registration. He has also assisted clients with drafting and vetting of commercial and intellectual property related agreements.
