Partner and Head of Marketing & Entertainment Law practices at Kasznar Leonardos Intellectual Property. Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO) and LL.M in Intellectual Property, Technology & Commerce from the Franklin Pierce Law Center where I also served as Teacher Assistant of Entertainment & Sports Law under renowned Professor Martin Sielfen. With an international career, I have over 17 years of domestic and international in-house and private practice experience advising clients on strategic business practices, marketing, advertising and branding matters. Licensed to practice law in the United States (Virginia Estate) and Brazil. Member of CONAR´s (Brazilian National Council for advertising regulation) Ethics Committee.
