I'm Yaffa Dagan

ABOUT ME

Mrs. Yaffa Dagan (formerly Elishakov) holds a LL.B from Tel-Aviv University. After completing her internship at Eitan, Pearl, Latzer and Cohen-Zedek, she was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2002.Mrs. Dagan is a graduate of the continuing education program of the Israel Bar Association Institute in the fields of Mediation, Real-Estate Transactions and Attorneys’ Professional Liability.

Mrs. Dagan obtained her vast experience in the fields of Intellectual Property during her work as an associate lawyer at Eitan, Mehulal, Pappo, Kugler (Eitan-Mehulal Law Group) and thereafter at S. Horowitz & Co.

Mrs. Dagan has experience in trademarks, designs, copyrights, domain names, locally and abroad, and in litigation of IP. Her work includes representation of Israeli clients locally and abroad and foreign clients in Israel. In addition, her work includes communications with the Ministry of Justice and the Israel Patents, Designs and Trade Marks Office and continuous interaction with IP firms, IP offices and clients around the world.
