ABOUT ME

He holds a Degree in Law from Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedhkar Law University. He did his PG Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR University – Hyderabad. Started his career with P.V.S. Giridhar & Sai Associates from 2005. Later was elevated as Partner in the year 2010. As partner, he managed the IT infrastructure and communication systems in the firm. He was also in-charge of the well-stocked research oriented library. His expertise includes High Court Litigation, Law of higher education in Tamil Nadu, and Intellectual Property litigation. Specializes in IP Litigation and appears before Madras High Court, Geographical Indications Registry, Trademarks Registry and Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) for various Intellectual Property cases.
