ABOUT ME

He assists in patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of pharmaceuticals, bio-pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics, therapeutics, organic chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology. He also assists clients with patent searches and patent data mining, management of patent portfolios and also provides opinions on the validity and enforcement of patents, freedom to operate, infringement analysis. He was a Gold Medalist in M.Tech (Pharm.) from NIPER and All India Rank-1 in Indian Patent Agent Examination conducted by Indian Patent Office (2016). He regularly appears before the Indian Patent Office in connection with prosecution and enforcement of patent rights. He has several international publications and a patent to his credit as an inventor. He is currently working as a Patent Attorney with K&S Partners.
