ABOUT ME

Specialized in bilateral IP matters between China and Germany/Europe since 10 years, with special focus on dispute solution, technology transfer, infringement and licensing of standard essential patents, multiple litigation and risk management. He is a neutral IP Mediator commissioned by MOFCOM for dispute resolution at German trade fairs since 2009; he was also an IP Mediator of China-EU IPR 2 Project. He has handled proximately 500 IP disputes by the end of 2016. He is a Ph.D. scholarship holder at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. He contributed as co-translator of the German classic textbook “Patent Law” of Prof. Krasser, and co-author of the book “Chinese Civil- and Economic law” in German language.
