ABOUT ME

I am a patent attorney and a managing partner at ROYAL Law Firm IP Consultant. Prior to joining the firm, I have worked for almost 7 years in another prominent IP firm in Jakarta. In ROYAL Law Firm IP Consultant, I had been representing local and overseas clients in the following matters:  Drafting, reviewing, filing and providing technical review of the inventions for patent and industrial design applications. Current cases involve leading Japanese, US Intellectual Property firm, US Pharmaceutical company, German companies, Malaysian Research and Development industry, Japanese Pharmaceutical company, Japanese Steel company, Japanese Food company, Chinese Chemical Company, Europe Company and natural person applicants;  Preparing technical review and presentation for hearing especially for industrial design cases. Current cases involve leading Japanese food and beverage company;  Performing a patentability search, it focuses on finding prior art references that may be relevant to the invention’s novelty and non-obviousness; clearance search (freedom-to-operate / infringement search), it concentrates on uncovering enforceable patents that might act as “roadblocks” to commercialization of a product or service.
