ABOUT ME

I am a dynamic and versatile Lawyer with a wide and open-minded approach to the narrow corridors of the Law; I have the ability to produce huge results with limited resources. My most recent activities have allowed me to garner relevant legal experience in several aspects of business where I currently work and advise over 15 ventures across Africa, involved in the business of E-commerce, Intellectual Property, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, consumer products, transport, retail and marketplace activities. In this job role, I have great knowledge of Government Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Labour Laws, Litigation, Commercial Law activities, Equity and Start-up Investments, Contractual Negotiations and the day to day affairs of management. I have also garnered relevant experience in vast aspects of law including Government Regulatory Compliance, E-Commerce Law, Oil & Gas Law, Contractual Negotiations, Commercial Law, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Intellectual Property Law having worked for several top law firms in Nigeria, within the past years. I have had extensive successes negotiating with and on behalf of individuals, Body Corporate, Multinational Enterprises and various agencies of all the tiers of government, in as many as 28 states in Nigeria. Working in a team, I was part of a nationwide fraud and legal audit that uncovered fraudulent financial activities spanning into hundreds of millions of Naira in the outdoor advertising sphere.
