Studies of Laws at universities in Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany), San Francisco (USA) and Los Angeles (USA). Bestowal of the academic title „Doctor of Laws (Dr. jur.)“ (Ph.D.) with the academic degree „summa cum laude“ by the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg based on a comparative legal work between German and U.S. law. Bestowal of the academic title „LL.M. in US Legal Studies” with the academic degree „with honors“ (GPA: 3,568) by the Golden Gate University, San Francisco (USA) after successful completion of a master's degree program with a focus on Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. Merit scholarship by the Golden Gate University, San Francisco (USA). Successful completion of a Summer Session at the Southwestern University in Hollywood, Los Angeles (USA), with a focus on Music Law and Film Law. Worked for over 20 years in the areas of Intellectual Property, Copyright Law & Media Law and International Business Law, first in the context of academic research, then in various law firms in Germany and the U.S. As an Attorney at Law legal counseling and representation of clients in more than 1000 cases, in many cases as a litigator in court and in regulatory proceedings. Currently, about 150 court cases / dates in public court hearings per year.
