ABOUT ME

For nearly 20 years we are consultants for IP matters (esp. trademarks, design patents and unfair competition). We help to develop international trademark strategies and to protect your trademarks – national (Germany), regional (with the EUIPO) or international (with WIPO or national in certain countries). Due to an international network of experts we can offer these services for several countries. Of course we will help you to protect and to defend your trademarks by or against opposition procedures or with the courts.
