ABOUT ME

Frank Fischer, electronic engineer and industrial property agent, has been a partner of the Dannemann Siemsen firm since 2003. He completed a specialization course at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States) and has a post-graduate degree in Business Law at UNIP. Frank works in the patent, industrial design, software, and unfair competition areas, attending to national and foreign clients from the most varied economic sectors, such as: Electrical and Electronic, Refrigeration, Packaging, Medical technology and Services among others. He works with a special focus on the preparation, processing, infringement risk assessment and management of patent and industrial design portfolios, in Brazil and abroad (South and North America, Europe and Asia. He also works with technical assistance in lawsuits.
