ABOUT ME

Dr. Volker Knies is a founding partner of NESSELHAUF Rechtsanwälte. He is specialized in trademark law, unfair competition law, copyright law, design law and license agreements. He manages the trademark portfolios of number of domestic and international clients and advises in cases of intellectual property infringement. Dr. Volker Knies is a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR – Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht) and INTA (International Trademark Association). As part of his education Dr. Volker Knies has worked at a law firm in Sydney, Australia.
