Mr. Vadim Mikhailyuk is a registered Ukrainian patent and trademark attorney, a managing partner of “Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat & Partners” and the head of the patent department. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering (National Aerospace University 'KhAI'), IP Law (Institute of Intellectual Property and IP Law) and Civil Law (National University of Internal Affairs). Mr. Vadim Mikhailyuk specializes in national and international patents for inventions in a wide range of technologies, is highly experienced in the sphere of patent searches, legal proceedings and unfair competition matters. He successfully solves most difficult IP matters and maintains his status of one of the leading Ukrainian patent and trademark attorneys.
