ABOUT ME

Ms. Anna Mikhailyuk is a registered Ukrainian patent and trademark attorney, a managing partner of “Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat & Partners” and the head of the trademark department. Graduated in Transport Engineering (State University of Transport Engineering and Road Building), IP law (Institute of Intellectual Property and IP Law) and Civil Law (National University of Internal Affairs); Ms. Anna Mikhailyuk specializes in trademark and design matters, mainly deals with search and filing of national and international trademarks, legal proceedings and contracts in the field of IP matters, industrial property infringement litigation, unfair competition matters. She has been recognized as one of the leading Ukrainian IP practitioners by various rankings, namely “Leading Individuals” (“Legal 500“), “Best Lawyers in Ukraine 2017” (“Best Lawyers”).
