Nkem is an Associate in the Intellectual Property (IP) Department of Jackson, Etti & Edu, Lagos Nigeria. She provides general legal support and advice in all aspects of intellectual property law, including Trademarks, Patent, copyrights and Industrial Designs. She also offers advises to clients in respect of IP prosecution and enforcement with particular emphasis to the Asian region.
