Christoff Pienaar is a director (partner) in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc. Qualified as a South African attorney and an English solicitor, Christoff advises on commercial, information technology and intellectual property law. He specialises in information technology and commercial matters and has particular expertise in payment systems, technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, systems integration, hardware acquisitions and maintenance, IT consultancy services, managed services, disaster recovery services, software development and software licensing and support transactions. He also advises on general commercial and intellectual property issues across a diverse range of industry sectors, especially financial services.
