ABOUT ME

I,Mr. S N Sav am graduated in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering as well as achieved Post graduate Diploma in Computer Programming system Analysis and started his career as a Radar Engineer in Defense. There after I served as Lecturer in the department of Electronics in B S F Signal Training School for imparting training to B S F Technical Officer as well as teaching to Diploma students. Further I joined as Examiner of Patents and Designs in Patent Office, New Delhi under the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, Mumbai, India. I served for 19 years in Patent Office, New Delhi and retired as an Assistant Controller of Patents & Designs. I have been the Senior Controller of Patents who has dealt with numerous Patent applications in the field of Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer program as well as Software. I have issued many Patent decision in the field of Computer programs as well as Software Inventions. I have been a leading officer at Patent office Delhi and handled many responsibility in respect of Computerization ,Administration and Right to Information Act. Among other activities – I vibrantly supported the cause of Patent awareness program me and delivered lecture in India in Universities, Government organization as well as at N I I P M. I attended workshops and seminars as participant on enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Singapore I P O as well as Malaysia I P O. I am a Patent Agent ans also impaneled as Patent facilitators for Start Up Companies in India as per listed by CG PDTM .
