Myself completed in M.Sc in Organic Chemistry and a qualified Indian Patent attorney, having overall 15 years experience. Iam heading IPR in Hetero Drugs Ltd and responsible for all the activities, which may include - Patent Landscaping, Drafting, filing & prosecuting the patents, Infringement studies / FTO studies for all the markets, supporting R&D, AR&D, Regulatory, Invalidity studies, Litigations (Hatch-Waxman cases)
