Expertise in market analysis, product requirements and specification, product risk analysis, and technology development. • Involved in basic and applied research, engineering and design, mechanical and electronic domains. • Worked on patent & non patent searches: Understand the technology behind the invention and conduct searches on various databases to ascertain the novelty/uniqueness of the idea/technology, validity/invalidity of issued patent, freedom to operate study and infringement analysis. • Drafting patent specification for US filings summarizing patent content to produce a clear and concise document, identifying key area of interest. • Preparing First examination report for answering various kinds of rejections. • Performing invalidity searches. • Preparing informative reports that clarify and summarize search results. • Worked on landscape analysis and claim chart reports.
