A Pharma-Law Professional, working in a generic Indian Pharma Co as Head, Formulation Patents - Currently leading a team of 30+ professionals. Performing hands-on, spearheading/facilitating various IP related activities such as drafting, prosecution, portfolio management, infringement analysis, freedom-to-operate opinions,Patent settlements, technology Due-diligence, agreements, patent challenges, litigations and other arenas for patents of Company’s human, veterinary, OTC formulations, APIs and medical devices across the globe. Also, building organizational capabilities through education and implementation of patents which supports the business requirements of Company; developing and managing the Patent team - building the skills and competencies within the team, defining clear accountabilities for handling different patent related functions.
