ABOUT ME

Claudio is an intellectual Property practitioner with extensive experience in the area. He is the Head of Fernandez Lacort IP Firm and for 25 years has provided advice on a wide range of intellectual property law. He has handled an impressive portfolio of hundred of clients and cases in Argentina and worldwide to whom he has given advice with his distinctive signature: the vision of a business man. His pillars are the professionalism, efficiency and the personal treat with his clients and colleagues. Claudio is very active internationally, where he attends several IP Congresses to be actualized on the latest developments on the intellectual property area as well as develop a broad network of associates worldwide. He is member of INTA, MARQUES, FICPI and ASIPI among other associations. At ASIPI he collaborates with the Law Firm Management Committee.
